Bubblepreet K. Randhawa PhD, PT is a dedicated and experienced clinician and scientist. She is zealous and driven to help neurologically affected people. She has more than 10 years of clinical experience in working with neurologically affected population (Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, ALS, Spinal Cord Injury, etc.) and general rehab. Bubblepreet is PWR!Moves and LSVT BIG® certified therapist. She is also trained in activating/managing the upper extremity post-stroke (NDT) as well as SAEBO orthotic training. Along with Neurofocus Clinic, she continues to work in community with Fraser Health.
Bubblepreet graduated from India (Master of Physical Therapy) and then pursued doctorate in Rehabilitation Sciences at UBC. Her 6 years of extensive research involved working with Parkinson Disease (PD), Stroke affected population and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. She continued her research projects at Simon Fraser University as post-doctoral fellow and worked on Robotic Rehabilitation (elbow exoskeletons, robo-wrist) post- stroke and Galvanic Vestibular Stimulation (GVS) in PD population. She has presented/published her research in various conferences/medical journals.
Besides work, Bubblepreet is a busy mom of two boys and loves to stay up to date with latest medical research. She also loves doing meditation and spiritual workout.
