Jasmine graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a major in exercise science. She has also obtained a diploma in Sports Science from Douglas College. Jasmine is a certified and practicing kinesiologist who provides active rehabilitation services.  

 

Jasmine believes that the key to a fast and effective recovery is through exercise and movement. Having an active lifestyle is an essential component to address most muscle and joint problems. Jasmine enjoys playing sports, predominantly soccer, and loves hiking.

 

Jasmine is fluent in Punjabi and can understand Hindi.
